Perdido Key, Florida is an unincorporated coastal community in Northwest Florida, part of what’s known as the Emerald Coast. Famous for white-sand beaches and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Key is any vacationer’s dream. The Flora-Bama Mullet Toss is one of the most well-known events that the Flora-Bama hosts and attracts thousands of visitors to Perdido Key and Orange Beach every year.

La Riva is a popular upscale condominium that sits right on the Gulf of Mexico in downtown Perdido Key, Florida. This rent-restricted complex offers a fantastic amenity package for each of its three towers. La Riva stands a little apart from the other Gulf-front condos in Perdido Key. The condos closest to La Riva are The Palms of Perdido to the west and Mirabella to the east.
